Dramatic irony: when the reader knows something the character does not.
There was a plan for internet voting over 20 years ago. We’ve got the proof. But the only people who saw it coming, are the ones who actually read the law!
It was another terrifying, but exhilarating night as Tore Says was a guest on The AlphaWarrior Show. Terrifying, because she will drop a random aside that will shock you to your core. But it’s also exhilarating, because it sends us into a deep search across the web. Or perhaps in this case, reviewing how We The People once again got fooled.
Nobody reads anymore.
Tore Says
She’s right, nobody reads anymore. Had we read, we’d have seen that internet voting was publicly passed in 2002. But again, nobody reads anymore. So nobody knew. Well, Tore knew. And she has watched this all unfold as the dramatic irony of a bill passed that enacts something that she knows the citizens won’t like. And will be angry when it happens. But the wheels of government in the United States of America have long since cared what its voters actually want.
While the HAVA act was there to protect our rights as individuals for voting. It actually told you what it was for. It was to deploy internet voting. Now remember, the HAVA act was passed in 2002. So you can see just how far ahead they were thinking. The one thing that we need to avoid, these machines have been ushered. Where they're counting in these black boxes where we're not allowed to see the counting software. And therefore we don't know.
We're just supposed to trust it, right?

People who want their votes to count don’t want their votes counted on the internet. Because, if it’s on the internet, it can be hacked. (see Tore Say’s over 30 page 2020 election affidavit that shows how elections are unsecure. To date, no one has been able to disprove it.) We should be concerned. Because internet voting is coming, well… it’s already here. Here’s proof:
Legislative Operation
The Help America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002 is a federal law that aimed to improve the administration of elections in the United States. Enacted in response to the 2000 presidential election between Bush and Gore in which the hanging chads caused problems during the voting process. But it’s more honest to just say, they stole it. With George H. W. Bush being former CIA director and former president, this was a power grab opportunity for the Bush family dynasty.
HAVA established the creation of a centralized voter registration database. And also provided funding to states to help them upgrade their voting systems and improve election administration. As well as established and funded the Election Assistance Commission (E.A.C.), which serves as a resource for election officials and provides guidance and assistance to states in the administration of federal elections. Plus funding to states.
(while we are on the E.A.C., this is another dramatic irony moment as Tore has been screaming about failed certifications since December 2020, while President Trump was still in the oval office. A missed opportunity to remedy the 2020 election. Search ToreSaid.com or watch this Broken Anthem video to see.)
But most important item is on page 25 of HAVA, in which they say: “including the use of those technologies to register voters and enable citizens to vote online.”
New York Senators
Is it also ironic that one of the only 2 senators to vote against the HAVA was Donald Trump’s adversary in the 2016 presidential race, Hillary Clinton? The 2nd veto being from Chuck “the intelligence community is very upset with Trump” Schumer.
Not only did George W. Bush give us the 2001 Patriot Act which unleashed extreme unconstitutional surveillance on US citizens and paved the way for the War on Terror, the domestic operation, but also set up a sucker punch on the people with our elections. His 2000 selection provided the Hegelian Dialect opportunity of a CRISIS with the hanging chads, that required this HAVA SOLUTION that authorized and paved the way for internet voting. And this idea appeared online in 2018 and 2020! This could mean voting on your cell phone. Just remember the next time you get a spam text message, that person could vote illegally in an upcoming US election.
To establish a program to provide funds to States to replace punch card voting systems,
to establish the Election Assistance Commission to assist in the administration
of Federal elections…
Overall, HAVA was pitched as a modernization and streamlining of the election process, to improve accessibility for all voters, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of election results. What it did was divert MORE money to allow states to buy election machines, $3.9 billion. And grant federal access opportunities. How is everyone feeling about election machines in 2023? The vulnerabilities got worse after 2002’s HAVA.
Additional federal money was given to states for election machines through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act of 2020. Which provided $400 million in funding to help states address the challenges of conducting elections during the COVID-19 plandemic, including purchasing new voting equipment and a massive influx of absentee ballots. With intent to sabotage President Donald Trump’s certain reelection.
With the passing of the 2002 Help America Vote Act meant an increase in machines being used for voting and tabulation through the E.A.C., which prompted the need for better cybersecurity. And with DHS, the Department of Homeland Security, being established on March 1, 2003 eventually launched the predecessor to CISA, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, in 2007.
CIS or CISA
The Center for Internet Security (CIS), is a non-profit eerily similar to CISA (under DHS). Tore Says did a special report on CIS first back in August 2022 with the discovery of a memorandum of agreement with local election officials in Dallas County, Texas.
And many others states found evidence that CIS was an election vendor too. The above graphic depicts how CISA and CIS are connected. The CIS agreement with Dallas County, Texas affirms that CISA has an agreement that “cybersecurity services” will be provided by CIS. And this document also reveals the reality that CIS is “operating in its capacity as the Elections Infrastructure Information Sharing and Analysis Center,” also known as EI-ISAC.
What’s worse is that the election equipment must be returned by the “entity” (which is Dallas County, Texas) to CIS upon any termination of the contract. How do We The People have oversight on election equipment when it’s contractually agreed to be returned? I would imagine it taking more than 30 days to get a court to intervene. How does this agreement help the people?
Yes, it gets worse. The contract specifically states that 3rd parties, also known as We The People, have ZERO “rights of action of any nature” against Dallas County, Texas or CIS. How does this serve the people?
Department of Homeland Security
What many missed while celebrating the defeat of the Hillary Clinton machine in 2016, was that just prior to President Trump’s inauguration in January 2017, an overlooked action happened that reads like a plot from a political drama. Jeh Johnson, the Secretary of DHS, under Barack Hussein Obama, designated election infrastructure as part of the nation’s critical infrastructure. This purportedly allowed DHS, to provide services on a prioritized basis at the request of state and local election officials. It effectively resulted in the federal government improperly usurping the authority of the respective states to manage their own elections. A violation of the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, that “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” Affirmed also by Article I, Section 4, state governments have the primary responsibility to administer elections and enforce election law.
Upon this discovery around August 25, 2022, complaints were submitted to the Secretaries of State and election officials across the nation by citizens with the power of the pen. People apart of the state groups in the Tore Says community working together to subdue this federal overreach.
Cell Tower Power
So here we sit with a cellphone in hand or near by. Remember every time you touch it, people could soon be voting on them. Voting over the internet. Unless you stop it. And that this was planned for and passed into law in 2002. Which should lead you to ask, what else have they planned?
