Medical Encroachment
CDC trailers deployed in strange locations after years of questionable actions. GINA and genetic manipulation.
Encroachment is defined by Merriam Webster as the following: to enter by gradual steps or by stealth into the possessions or rights of another or to advance beyond the usual or proper limits.
Who is encroaching?
The CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), the Office of Public Health Data, Surveillance, and Technology (OPHDST) and NGOs like Globalscope, Inc. are a giant health data and surveillance consortium. This article focuses on the CDC and NHANES which are setting up Mobile Examination Centers (MECs) in rural areas with multiple connected trailers, dumpsters; complete with remote power access.
Video recordings in rural Indiana capture these MECs. Local residents and their children are being approached for the surveys which include intrusive home questionnaires, medical examinations, and specimen collection.
Are they taking pictures or secret videos documenting details of your home and property, focusing on gun ownership, or parental rights and CPS?
Questionnaires include topics ranging from consumer behavior, housing characteristics, food security, income, kidney and medical conditions, hospital utilization and insurance, drug and alcohol use, to sexual information, COVID-19, immunizations, vitamin and supplement use, and use of antacids. Survey information is available to NCHS staff within 24 hours of collection. Who knew the government could be so efficient!
A Tore Says Twitter post from a witness of the questionnaire. It says:
“My source claims that they ask things like: Why do you homeschool? What is your stance on guns? Do you collect rainwater? Garden? Meanwhile they want blood samples, DNA sampled and VITALS? What is going on?”
Who is being targeted and why?
According to the NHANES survey content online description, the aging population has major implications for health care needs, public policy, and research priorities. With known depopulation agendas at work, it makes you wonder if this pertains to legal euthanasia for elderly or Medicare participants. NCHS works with public health agencies to access data about the health of our elderly. NHANES over-samples persons 60 and older, African Americans, and Hispanics. The older the individual, the more extensive the examination. NHANES has a primary role in this endeavor. Hospice care is lucrative.
Medicare Advantage plans use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and algorithms to deny the medical care of senior citizens. AI is programmed for decisions leading to the deaths of elderly Medicare Advantage plan members.
The NHANES story is a sixteen-minute video ‘celebrating’ fifty years of existence. Brenda Lewis Clinical Laboratory Scientist, states that every six to eight weeks, you’re traveling from one part of the country to another. Lew Berman, MS Special Assistant for Community HANES states, “NHANES is a combination of, I think, it’s the space shuttle for NASA and the circus. We pull into town for 9 weeks. But, much like NASA, we’re running experiments.”
Local health and government officials are notified of the upcoming survey. David. L Larson Captain, U.S. Public Health Service in the NHANES video states, “We usually go and talk to the public health people in the area, and some of the county officials, asking them ‘where would they think the best place to have the survey located?’ So, there’s a real process that has to go on to try to find a site.”
A similar program called The All of Us Research Program is working with the NIH to collect over a million blood samples from across the country. They also utilize surveys and set up shop into rural communities. In Butler, Pennsylvania, The Butler Eagle Newspaper on March 15, 2023, details the program that has set up shop in their rural community.
What can you do in your community?
Communicate with your local officials and start demanding answers before they roll up into your community. First, read and review your local city/township/county charters, by-laws, and ordinances. Second, communicate with your neighbors and community.
Specifically, analyze the following details:
Who makes decisions in an emergency?
Research the backgrounds of the officials.
Are positions elected or appointed?
Are elected positions via people or a council?
Review the ordinance section(s) and focus on the emergency ordinances.
What’s there?
Who is in charge of health issues? Were they in control back in 2020?
These people will likely be the culprits for future lock downs
Parental Rights
The Constitution does not specifically protect the rights of parents. Terpsehore Maras filed a lawsuit on September 2, 2021 against the Mayfield City School District School Board in the Northern District of Ohio Eastern Division Court to fight for parental rights, in particular, parents who cannot afford an attorney who are most vulnerable. On February 14, 2022, a Reply memorandum of law in further support of #25 Motion to amend complaint, and Motion for appointment of counsel was filed by Terpsehore Maras. On her Tore Says show September 20, 2021, she discusses parental rights.
Are they coming after the kids?
Are they targeting the unvaccinated?
"It is important to protect civil liberties, including the freedom to exercise voluntary, informed consent to medical risk taking. Without the legal right to protect autonomy and bodily integrity, without the legal right to freedom of thought, speech, conscience and religious belief, we are no longer free." -- Barbara Loe Fisher, National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC)
A Consent to Treat is a form you may sign at the start of any type of medical or behavioral health treatment encounter. Usually, these forms are fairly vague and generalize your rights regarding treatment. An Informed Consent Form is specific to a medication or procedure after Consent to Treat is provided. It is a communication process between the patient/parent of patient and the treating physician in order to learn and ask questions about a treatment before agreeing to it.
Read every detail of these forms and ask questions. If there are specific items you do not consent to, put a single line through it with your initials before signing the form(s).
Are specimens used for experimentation?
Yes, of course they are! NHANES participants have been donating their serum, plasma, urine, and DNA specimens for over thirty years. Under the guise of helping researchers with future medical, environmental, and public health issues. FUTURE, you caught that, right? Three types of biospecimens are collected: 1. DNA, 2. Pristine (serum and urine) specimens which are immediately frozen and stored without thawing, and 3. Surplus (serum and plasma) specimens which are kept in storage after laboratory testing is done. These biorepositories store the NHANES biospecimen collections of: pristine serum, plasma, and urine; surplus serum; and DNA.
Who views this personal and intrusive data?
The CDC has an initiative, the Data Modernization Initiative (DMI) which is a multi-year, multi-billion-dollar effort to modernize data across the federal and state public health landscape. Research organizations, universities, health care providers, and educators as well as all the big brother agencies: NIH, FDA, CDC (as mentioned), EPA, U.S. Department of Agriculture, are all involved. Biospecimens including DNA can be requested and transferred to a researcher simply by submitting a completed proposal that follows the specific guidelines outlined in the Federal Register. The NHANES policy allows any researcher to submit a proposal to the NCHS Research Data Center (RDC).
Data, Data, Data & DNA – Bingo! Grand Prize!
Your blood, plasma, and DNA are liquid gold and are being sold for top dollar to a vast number of blood derived manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies. A set of international codes are used by the medical industry for billing as well as to track major disease diagnoses amongst the population. The International Classification of Disease (ICD) was created by the UN WHO after World War 2. The ICD system is a data mining devil. The Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare) passed in 2012, completely digitized healthcare records. A new code, Code Number Z28.310, was rolled out in October of 2022 by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and began implementation in January 2023. This specific code is used to diagnose under-vaccinated. This feeds into the Digital ID system which then ties into infrastructure, social credit scores, digital currency, and Smart Cities, amongst a myriad of other things. Setting up this digital system lays the groundwork for potentially locking down entire populations with a mere declaration of a public health emergency.
In a July 20, 2020 article, Tore Says discusses whole blood harvesting into the CARES Act. The Cares Act indicates the importance of human blood in a pandemic which allows local State Health Directors to interpret that as a critical component to public health. According to a documentary on June 4, 2020 by Real Stories, blood and plasma are a lucrative global commodity. Only 20% of the plasma donated from a unit of blood is actually used in the hospitals for patients in need of a transfusion. The other 80% is used by a plasma fractionation industry which produces drugs for the pharmaceutical industry.
The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (abbreviated GINA) is federal legislation in the United States that protects individuals against discrimination based on their personal genetic information, as it applies to health insurance and employment. These protections are intended to encourage Americans to take advantage of genetic testing as part of their medical care. GINA was signed into law on May 22, 2008. Genetic discrimination is the misuse of genetic information.
On the Tore Says show February 28, 2023, Tore discusses the GINA Act and that it does not specifically address genetic manipulation such as the intentional alteration of an organism's gene in order to change its characteristics.
According to the NIH National Human Genome Research Institute, The Human Genome Project is one of the greatest scientific feats in history. The project was a voyage of biological discovery led by an international group of researchers looking to comprehensively study all of the DNA (known as a genome) of a select set of organisms. Launched in October 1990 and completed in April 2003, the Human Genome Project’s signature accomplishment – generating the first sequence of the human genome – provided fundamental information about the human blueprint, which has since accelerated the study of human biology and improved the practice of medicine.
Your privacy should be always be respected especially when your genomic information is used for research, clinical applications or other uses. In an article written by Tore Says on May 28, 2022, she discusses the goal of surveillance of our kids and gun control. She states that digital state currencies are being deployed. The states are examining the programmability of the digital currency or ability of purchasing power.
Infrastructure Events
Several infrastructure associated events have occurred this year involving airports, food production facilities, water contamination – lakes, rivers, and major waterways, railroads, nuclear facilities, radiation issues, chemical plants, and gas and nuclear pipelines. Let’s not forget about geo-engineering issues such as chemtrails and weather-related disasters.
Have recent events created serious health concerns that are being surveilled
(or are future events planned)?
Our freedom is being encroached upon simultaneously from many directions. Focus on the areas where we can take action by communicating with our neighbors and local community, and having ONE unified voice. UNITY is crucial.
