Texas Coup - The Kickoff
Impeachment of AG Ken Paxton, FBI, State Sovereignty, 9th & 10th Amendments, Invasion & The Bush Dynasty.

While conservative Twitter dissolved into a mudslinging contest in the wake of the presidential campaign launch of Ron DeSantis, a much LARGER & sinister plan was brewing. Are the People distracted or are they paying attention to the peripherals? Are we focused on winning by choice or losing by being emotionally charged with sensationalism?
During Memorial Day weekend, while many were enjoying a 3-day getaway, the Texas establishment Republicans, in coordination with Democrats in their state House of Representatives, succeeded in impeaching the duly elected Attorney General Ken Paxton. Revoking his authority to act until the conclusion of the Texas Senate impeachment trial.
I said this years ago. The Lone Star State is going to be where the kickoff is. And it is necessary that people understand the gravity of what is actually happening.
Tore Says
Public tensions rose Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023. AG Paxton called for Speaker of the Texas House, Dade Phelan, to resign after he appeared drunk while presiding. The same day it was publicly released that a secret investigation had been launched in March against AG Paxton. A short few months to conduct such an investigation makes you wonder if they had assistance from an active Federal Bureau Investigation?
AG Paxton is a leader for conservatives in the United States. Most notably in his action with the 2020 Election lawsuit that challenged the unconstitutional changes to the election laws.
December 8, 2020: Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton today filed a lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin in the United States Supreme Court. The four states exploited the COVID-19 pandemic to justify ignoring federal and state election laws and unlawfully enacting last-minute changes, thus skewing the results of the 2020 General Election. The battleground states flooded their people with unlawful ballot applications and ballots while ignoring statutory requirements as to how they were received, evaluated and counted.
The unresolved election crisis weaponized against President Donald J. Trump by the Democratic-Republican Uni-Party, is still a MAJOR issue for voters. The People of the United States are no longer willing to accept crimes and just “move on.” Which is why the idea of a Jeb Bush and Karl Rove backed DeSantis is intolerable and therefore the reason for the massive debate.
But what are we missing? Who is working in the background of Texas?
This is a Bush operation. One million percent.
We have the BUSH LACKEY by the collar who started this.
Tore Says
When we let our emotions of unrestrained anger drive us, we are prone to miss the observation of consequential actions. Stay vigilant. Read!
Bush Dynasty
Was the DeSantis campaign launched the same week as the Paxton impeachment a distraction operation? The Bush family along with the Cheney’s, have been vocal and taken many actions to end the Trump presidency. All a part of the conflict for the fate of the United States. President Trump infamously proclaimed in his inauguration speech in 2017 that he was giving the power back to the People. That would be a loss of power for these establishment families.
What many have overlooked in the Attorney General of Texas conflict, is a Bush family member who ran in the 2022 election. George P. Bush lost the Republican primary to the current AG Ken Paxton. Bush is the eldest child of the former governor of Florida, Jeb Bush; nephew of the 43rd president, George W. Bush (former Gov of Texas, and who took the presidency with election issues); grandson of the 41st president, George H. W. Bush (CIA); and great-grandson of the former U.S. senator from Connecticut, Prescott Bush (the one who had his company's assets seized in 1942, under the Trading with the Enemy Act because he was linked to the Nazi party).
Bush family members are responsible for the continual growth of the CIA in the United States and the enactment of the Patriot Act following 9/11. Subverting the US Constitution and unleashing a surveillance state upon fear ladened citizens.
The United States hasn’t been the same since.
Are we ready for the end of the Bush Dynasty?
Do we want another Bush to become the Texas Attorney General?
State Sovereignty in Texas
In pursuit of the preservation of our freedoms, there are a considerable amount of accomplishments from the Texas AG’s office these past several years. We compiled a list:
December 8, 2020 - Sued Battleground States for unconstitutional changes to 2020 election laws.
December 16, 2020 - Announced a multi-state lawsuit against Google for “anti-competitive conduct" in the online advertising industry. Monopoly power being used to control pricing of online advertisements, fixing the market in its favor and eliminating competition.
January 13, 2021 - Sent civil investigative demands (CIDs) to Twitter and Google for information related to their moderation policies and practices.
April 22, 2021 - Paxton sued Biden Administration for disregarding COVID-19 rules at Texas/Mexico Border.
December 13, 2021 - Launched a probe into two pharmaceutical companies that allegedly advertised costly puberty-blocking drugs for children who say they are transgender, despite the drugs lacking FDA approval to treat gender dysphoria.
January 27, 2022 - Paxton invited state AGs to witness first-hand accounts of the massive influx of illegal immigrants that are currently affecting, not only Texas, but our entire country. In attendance: Arkansas, Alaska, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Utah and West Virginia.
February 14, 2022 - Sued Facebook (now known as Meta) for capturing and using the biometric data of millions of Texans without properly obtaining their informed consent.
Ken Paxton: Facebook has been brazenly ignoring Texas law for the last decade. I will continue to fight for Texans’ privacy and security.
May 24, 2022 - Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton wins renomination over George P. Bush, relative of the former US presidents.
October 20, 2022 - Sues Google again over facial recognition and voice data usage privacy without getting their consent to do so. From the collecting of millions of biometric identifiers, like voices and face geometry in Google Photos.
May 19, 2023 - Launched an investigation into the child sex-change program at Texas Children's Hospital.
May 27, 2023 - Attorney General Paxton announced a $5.7 billion settlement with Walgreens, with over $340 million designated for Texas, for their role in the nationwide opioid epidemic.
Conservative Action Project: Attorney General Paxton’s quick action to sue the Biden administration over their unlawful border policies resulted in a nationwide injunction against deportation freeze that would endanger the country and undermine federal law.
Much more can be said about the many fights for liberty and justice that Attorney General Paxton is leading. However, we are especially impressed by the role Texas continues to play in the fight against Big Tech. The unprecedented power concentrated in the handful of companies now threatens the flow of information, independent thought, market access, and freedom of speech.
Attorney General Paxton has made Texas a leader on these issues.
Is it clear who benefits from AG Paxton being removed from office?
AG Paxton was invited to the Heritage Foundation where he gave a thorough presentation on Election Fraud in his state and others, just a month prior to impeachment. Correlation?
Without transparent elections—beyond the meddling of the 4th Unelected Branch of Government, agencies and the FBI—does state sovereignty exist?
Texas AG Impeachment
We are witnessing another witch hunt like we have seen time and time again against President Donald J. Trump, Julian Assange and an ever-growing list of whistleblowers. Rebellion against the cyber oligarchs and traditional oligarchs must be punished.
The Texas House of Representatives voted 121-23 to impeach Paxton on Saturday, May 27th, 2023, bringing forth 20 articles of impeachment. The Attorney General’s Office released a public statement:
The (Texas) House’s impeachment was based on totally false claims. After an internal investigation, the OAG (Office of the Attorney General) retained an outside law firm to further investigate, which culminated in a report. The OAG offered it to the House, but they refused.
Ken Paxton released a letter calling this an illegal impeachment:
The ugly spectacle in the Texas House today confirmed the outrageous impeachment plot against me was never meant to be fair or just. It was a politically motivated sham from the beginning. My office made every effort to present evidence, testimony, and irrefutable facts that would have disproven the countless false statements and outright lies advanced by Speaker Dade Phelan and the Murr-Johnson panel he appointed. Unfortunately, they refused to consider anything that would interfere with their desired result. They disregarded the law, ignored the facts, and demonstrated contempt for Texas voters.
Texas voters now know that Speaker Phelan and the corrupt politicians he controls are more focused on political retribution against conservatives than the welfare of the People. Instead of passing critical legislation that would strengthen our border, protect our elections, or stop the Chinese Communist Party from buying up Texas land, they chose to spend the final days of the legislative session smearing me.
Phelan’s coalition of Democrats and liberal Republicans is now in lockstep with the Biden Administration, the abortion industry, anti-gun zealots, and woke corporations to sabotage my work as Attorney General, including our ongoing litigation to stop illegal immigration, uphold the rule of law, and protect the constitutional rights of every Texan.
But the People of Texas know that I have always had their back, and in return, they have always had mine. What we witnessed today is not just about me. It is about the corrupt establishment's eagerness to overpower the millions of Texas voters who already made their voices heard when they overwhelmingly re-elected me.
I am beyond grateful to have the support of millions of Texans who recognize that what we just witnessed is illegal, unethical, and profoundly unjust. I look forward to a quick resolution in the Texas Senate, where I have full confidence the process will be fair and just.
Donald Trump weighed in on Truth Social:
The RINO Speaker of the House of Texas, Dade Phelan, who is barely a Republican at all and failed the test on voter integrity, wants to impeach one of the most hard working and effective Attorney Generals in the United States, Ken Paxton, who just won re-election with a large number of American Patriots strongly voting for him. You would think that any issue would have been fully adjudicated by the voters of Texas, especially when that vote was so conclusive….
….I love Texas, won it twice in landslides, and watched as many other friends, including Ken Paxton, came along with me. Hopefully Republicans in the Texas House will agree that this is a very unfair process that should not be allowed to happen or proceed—I will fight you if it does. It is the Radical Left Democrats, RINOS, and Criminals that never stop. ELECTION INTERFERENCE! Free Ken Paxton, let them wait for the next election!MISSING IN ACTION! Where is the Governor of Texas on his Attorney General’s Impeachment?
Karl Rove, a long time colleague of the Bush family, crawled out from under the rock he was hiding to comment against AG Paxton. It’s become more widely known he groomed agency asset Ali Alexander, and Ali has had recent allegations surface of grooming minors. Does political operative Ali Alexander have blackmail on people that he’s leveraging? Wall Street Journal published an op-ed summary of the AG Paxton impeachment, written by Karl Rove. If the alliances of the warring factions aren’t clear yet, this solidifies the establishment GOP led by the Bushes is working to eliminate any challenges to their power. They seek, by any means necessary, to remove President Trump and AG Paxton from ever holding office. In a war, what do people do to their enemies?
Tore Says: He was impeached. I was waiting for it. I knew it was coming this weekend. And boy, did they fall right into the trap. Remember, I told you he was America's attorney general two years ago. Now you could sit there and say, what are the odds that the guy that we nominated is our main attorney general to defend our rights? Remember when we sent out those AG letters where all the AGs took the words of those letters and regurgitated them in a Supreme Court hearing? Remember that one? You sent one to your AG and you also sent it to Ken Paxton. Think! If I knew that two years ago, obviously earlier than that, I probably know what I'm talking about right now.
Invasion
Do not underestimate the significance of this moment. A series of coup d'états. Infiltration of the United States to the highest office, rebelling against our Constitution. A subversion of the will of the People who elected AG Paxton. Members of the Texas state congress have sold their seats of power to global interests, who are allowing a national security risk, an overwhelming invasion at our southern border.
Russia mobilized 200,000 soldiers for their military operation in Ukraine, and it was called an INVASION and a war by CIA-led news propaganda pundits. The southern US border has witnessed 2.76 million people cross. With many documented instances of Military-Age Men from competing nations bypassing our defenses, is this not an invasion as well? Is the United States of America at war? Is this border invasion the pretext to a coming assault against US citizens on their soil? If this were WW3 we would have to assess the United States is being overrun on the southern front. What about the northern front?
Former Green Beret member Robert Patrick Lewis wrote a book called “The Pact.” It is a fictional story based upon real life military war game intelligence of what an invasion of the United States would look like. The author's experience in Special Forces and first-hand knowledge of geopolitics and global intelligence depicts the homeland being attacked by a coalition of China, Russia, Iran and Hezbollah. And according to his writing, Texas is a key state in repelling anyone seeking to subdue our nation.
Will Texas hold? Are the People paying attention?
This is a time of learning and of observing these betrayals. Then take action with the power of the pen. All enemies; foreign or domestic, will begin to feel the pain and the heat of the righteous indignation overflowing in the American spirit as we expose each person participating in this illegal impeachment.
This is an invasion. We must stop it… and we will!
The Counterpunch
On the same day the Texas House cast their vote to impeach Texas AG Ken Paxton, leaders took action. Tore Says is an intelligence contractor, investigative journalist and podcaster. Her work inspired a 50-state movement to take civilized action and motivate their representatives to stand with the will of the People. Since they didn’t listen, she has shown the way by engaging in multiple decentralized lawsuits to oppose the injustices perpetrated against the People, with heroes in every state filing lawsuits alongside one another. We have another injustice on our hands. Observing these actions, she took to her Telegram channel to say:
Hold on Ken Paxton WE THE PEOPLE are coming . #TexasLegislators better be ready!
Hey, @TexasGOP WE, THE PEOPLE, will COME hard AFTER ALL LEGISLATORS in TEXAS. This is disgusting. This is all politics; we have the BUSH LACKEY by the collar who started this. #WeAreComing We are making a list now and will EXPOSE all they have done. #STAYTUNED. EVERY SINGLE piece of MIDGET PORN, CHILD PORN, MONEY LAUNDERING, and BRIBES ... allegedly may be composed on a website. Remember, YOUR STATE allows for invasion. #ALAMO
This guy is first with his $$$ dealings.
Tore then released a video explaining the significance of the actions. Coincidentally tagging the location of the video “The George HW Bush Center for Intelligence.”
Tore Says (transcript): I've been following these impeachment hearings for Ken Paxton in Texas, which seems really bizarre. And I think we all have to focus on that. Look at just how many decided to remove an Attorney General that is against invasion at the border. Look at how many want to remove an Attorney General that is concerned about the elections. It is really, really important that people understand that this Attorney General is America's Attorney General. Something we talked about in 2021. As you can see this weekend is pretty LIT. Cause the kickoff is today. It's like the playoffs. Right? Kickoff. What do they call it in sports? Hmmm... but only politics. This is gonna be very interesting. Because now we have to focus on state sovereignty. And these house and state legislators think that they can have their cake and eat it. Or like one of them, have their bribe and eat it. This is a Bush operation. One million percent. And we've got that on lockdown see... NOTHING CAN STOP WHAT'S COMING.
The 9th & 10th Amendments
Tore Says is an ardent advocate for the citizens of the United States, and around the world, to be educated and take action with the power of the pen to defend their rights. One of those lessons discussed on her podcast is the importance of the 9th and 10th Amendments, referenced back on July 28, 2021… she has seen this coming conflict for quite some time.
Hip Hughes: We have the 9th Amendment, which basically says if we didn't write it down, if it's not in one through eight, that doesn't mean that there can't be other rights that are retained by the People. Of course. Now, the argument becomes what does that mean retained by the People?
Tore Says: There's no need for interpretation if we've explicitly said it. The 9th and 10th Amendments were literally a guide to stop interpreting and pay attention. It's in plain English. If you don't see what you're looking for, it means the People still hold that right. Anything that hasn't been explicitly stated, is the People's.
Just because we didn't foresee that the government's going to force you to take medication in order to enjoy all the other liberties that have been enumerated (or not) within your constitution, wasn't written down, doesn't mean that you still don't have the right to choose your healthcare regime.
The 10th Amendment to the United States Constitution explicitly recognizes the principle of state sovereignty. It states that "the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the People." It clarifies that states possess inherent sovereignty and retain powers not granted to the federal government.
The U.S. system of federalism is based on shared power between the federal government and the states. With federalism, certain powers are specifically granted to the federal government, while others are reserved for the states. State sovereignty is upheld through the powers reserved to the states, allowing them to regulate areas such as education, law enforcement, land use, and healthcare, among others. Everything else is designated to the People.
Article VI, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution, known as the Supremacy Clause, establishes that the Constitution, federal laws, and treaties are the supreme law of the land. This Supremacy Clause also recognizes that the federal government's authority is limited to its enumerated powers, and areas not specifically delegated to the federal government are reserved for the states.
In an interview on Newsmax between Florida Representative Matt Gaetz and Texas AG Ken Paxton:
Paxton: When you expose what these liberal Republicans do, which is basically cut deals with liberal Democrats, they get really angry that the last thing they want is somebody around like me who exposes what they do. And I’ve done that with Phelan. They tried to sneak through legislation two years ago where they were reducing the penalty for illegal voting, where I would now have to prove that they knew the law when they did it, which meant no prosecutions. We caught him, we exposed it. Those are the types of things that Phelan finds infuriating. And unfortunately for him, we caught him and we exposed it, despite the fact that he’s a Republican.
Gaetz: Are you confident that you have the votes to block an impeachment by the Texas State House?Paxton: No, this has been done. I think they decided they thought I was going to lose my election to Bush, and they became very disturbed when I won. And they concocted this plan, I think months and months ago, maybe right after my reelection, thinking that the voters just were not smart enough to figure this out. They’re going to fix it. And they started working on this about four months ago in secret. I literally first heard about this on Tuesday, where they announced they subpoenaed us. On Wednesday, they announced an investigation. On Thursday, they announced impeachment. And now on Saturday, the impeachment is going forward. The members haven’t seen all the information. They haven’t allowed us to participate. We have lots of information that would change the results of their investigation. They have refused to let us testify.
As we have seen with the many citizens that garner any public platform, who stand up for their fellow constituents of this great Nation, the system is quickly weaponized against them. Some are fictitiously charged with civil or criminal lawsuits / charges, others are libeled and slandered by mainstream outlets, some are silenced permanently, and some have all of these things happen to them. All for standing up for We The People. The least we can do is stand with them in solidarity and share their stories. #FreeJulianAssange
The FBI… AGAIN!
Tore Says: So as we sit here and see what is happening to Ken Paxton, remind yourself that two years ago you sent letters out for Join The Suit. We nominated him as America's attorney general. Remember that the FBI had their claws in every single portion. I would highly recommend to those listening that have ears to determine if these whistleblowers, or alleged whistleblowers from Attorney General Paxton's office, were actually having conversations with the FBI. You know, groomed inside. Kind of like that Governor Witch-more.
What if the whistleblowers are actually FBI assets that were tapped and made to help with this FBI investigation to shut up Ken Paxton?Maybe the FBI has missed a couple of real whistleblowers? That's where we need to focus. How do we get the FBI to admit that the whistleblowers that whistle blew, that then they convinced the office, through the governor and through the state legislators, to sign off on a settlement agreement, were not FBI assets that were in a clandestine fashion conducting an investigation for the FBI? See, that would come in the form of a national security letter. So I wouldn't really have that, would I?
It is remarkable that we once again have whistleblowers and the FBI. This time with the whistleblowers wrapped-up in an FBI investigation into AG Paxton beginning in 2020, around November election time. One lawyer involved discovered a tracking device on his vehicle.
Tore Says: Will the FBI tell us WHY they started an INVESTIGATION into (Ken Paxton) in 2020? Also, these "alleged" whistleblowers you had as INFORMANTS in the AGs office? Oh, and last but not least - the HOUSE - and (Texas GOP)... I'd like to see the 302s from them and all others from JULY 2020. #THANKS. We worked hard on keeping tabs. Confirmation is kind of validation of good work. #FeelingNeedy
There is clearly a LOT more to this story than news outlets are reporting.
AP NEWS: (Nate) Paul has been under FBI investigation since at least 2019. Last year, he launched a campaign of counter allegations against the agents, federal judges and others, including Lemmon’s client. Paxton hired an outside lawyer to investigate these claims in September, prompting eight of his top deputies to report him to the FBI, which then opened a probe into Texas’ top lawyer.
Tore Says: Do you not think that (Gov) Abbott knew that they were investigating (AG) Ken Paxton?
Do you not think that people in the office of Ken Paxton knew that he was being investigated by the FBI? Of course they knew. This is Bush throwing his weight around. They all knew. All of them. That he was under FBI investigation. Because he had filed lawsuits. Did you forget how he filed the lawsuits? (Paxton) had already started putting in the feelers after the 2019 elections in Texas. This is how you know who's on your side, and who’s not.
This is something we've got to do, pull all the communications of the house. Where they got their information. Did they get a copy of the FBI investigation? What initiated the FBI investigation into Ken Paxton? Why would the FBI be investigating Ken Paxton in 2020?
Two of the most remarkable pillars of our Constitution—the 9th and 10th Amendments. If you find that there are certain rights that have been taken by the federal government, when you find that your house is merely another marionette in the chest of toys that the fourth unelected branch of government has, then you realize how important these two amendments are. The 9th Amendment actually recognized that the mere act of listing certain rights should not diminish or negate the countless other inherent rights we possess as free individuals and as a state.
From the 20 Articles of Impeachment against AG Paxton:
Article one: (Disregard of Official Duty- Protection of Charitable Organization) While holding office as attorney general, Warren Kenneth Paxton violated the duties of his office by failing to act as public protector of charitable organizations as required by Chapter 123, Property Code. Specifically, Paxton caused employees of his office to intervene in a lawsuit brought by the Roy F. & JoAnn Cole Mitte Foundation against several corporate entities controlled by Nate Paul. Paxton harmed the Mitte Foundation in an effort to benefit Paul.
Who are Roy F. & JoAnn Cole of the Mitte Foundation? What do they fund? The culture war is also a lawfare war, for capital and property. On the bench of this case is Judge Jan Soifer who is a former attorney for progressive, social justice cases and former chair of the Travis County Democrat Party. Her recent rulings in opposition to Gov. Abbott and AG Paxton fit a progressive agenda. From previous investigations reporting by Dolcefino Consulting with knowledge of these court cases, they report that there was no legal action against Nate Paul from the FBI raid and that Judge Jan Soifer is consistently on the bench for the Mitte Foundation court cases.
What did AG Paxton discover in the Mitte Foundation court case that required his intervention? Why have we jumped to the contrived narrative of corruption when the accusers may be the perpetrators of corruption? The mockingbird media would prefer you don’t investigate yourself. Historically progressive judge Soifer issued contempt of court against Nate Paul in the Mitte Foundation case, with the goal of putting him in jail. An appeals court granted a stay.
When you peel back the layers, you discover a racket to seize property at a fraction of the cost benefiting a select group of prominent local names. Nate Paul has been a target with his property holdings, in which the FBI and historically progressive/democrat judges have decimated his reputation, while allowing his property holds to be wrapped up in lengthy litigation. So many vulture real estate investors function with suspicious arrogance that local Austin courts won’t stop these substantially discounted property transfers. Texas house real estate benefactors have wrapped these issues into articles of impeachment against AG Paxton. Local news outlets aren’t telling the full story. You must FOLLOW THE MONEY.
Who benefits from damaging Nate Paul? Both Paul and Speaker of the Texas House Dade Phelan are real estate investors. Phelan will benefit from a hotly debated property tax issue in Texas Congress. Will The same Texas House that impeached AG Paxton hold Phelan to the same scrutiny? When you look at the wider picture, Nate Paul’s circumstances are being leveraged to damage AG Paxton. Who benefits from this?
San Antonio Express News: Also at his Tuesday news conference, (Lt. Governor Dan) Patrick accused (Dade) Phelan of pursuing the cap to benefit his investment firm, Phelan Investments, where he serves as partner and broker. “I couldn't figure out — why is he so hooked on this 8 percent for all businesses cap?” Patrick said. He then accused Phelan of explaining in a meeting one day, “I own a lot of property — not that it’s about me.”
“Now, any time anyone says it’s not about me, it’s usually about them,” Patrick said. “If you go to Phelan Investments online, they own everything.”
This series of events leads one to consider whether there is conspiracy and collusion in Austin, Texas between politicians, judges and real estate developers. These articles of impeachment frame the long-standing and consistent history of donations (or simply business interactions) conflating them as corruption. Is this another instance of projection?
Houston Chronicle: Managing partner Jay Stewart, who is trustee of the PAC, said it operates independent of the firm’s litigation section and that the donation had nothing to do with any cases.
“That was a contribution that we routinely make,” Stewart said. “I wasn’t even aware of that piece of litigation that Mr. Scarborough worked on.”
He said the firm, which represents clients in matters relating to regulatory and public policy law, has been giving to the attorney general’s office for years, even before Paxton took office. The firm has also donated to Paxton since his days as a Texas legislator, he said.
The articles of impeachment amplified by media reports have framed this donation as corruption. But when you collect the facts you see there are logical explanations to the actions.
Article five: While holding office as attorney general, Warren Kenneth Paxton misused his official powers by violating the laws governing the appointment of prosecuting attorneys pro tem. Specifically, Paxton engaged Brandon Cammack, a licensed attorney, to conduct an investigation into a baseless complaint, during which Cammack issued more than 30 grand jury subpoenas, in an effort to benefit Nate Paul or Paul's business entities.
Tore Says: All the Bushes are going down. How do you get 30 grand jury subpoenas with no smoke?
I said this years ago. The Lone Star State is going to be where the kickoff is. And it is necessary that people understand the gravity of what is actually happening. 20 articles of impeachment… insanity, pure insanity.
It’s important to read all the articles of impeachment yourself.
In light of revelations of the FBI colluding with Silicon Valley companies to rig an election, was the FBI infiltrating the Texas AG’s office like they were Twitter and Facebook? Considering the FBI’s obstruction and refusal to investigate the Hunter Biden Laptop to benefit Joe Biden, is the FBI's presence (publicly known in 2019) obstruction? Considering the Texas House impeachment investigation took only months, did the FBI give their investigation information to the leaders of the AG Paxton impeachment?
In light of the recent whistleblower congressional hearings detailing how the FBI destroyed American families for their refusal to protect a corrupt system, you have to ask if the FBI is in deep to contrive an outcome in Texas. Would members of the FBI, who have committed election interference before, weaponize the federal government to attack Texas’ Attorney General who has spoken out about election issues? Also considering that he filed lawsuits through the state of Texas AG office in support of the will of his voters, does this make him a target of more federal overreach? It’s an undeniable YES for me. This is federal usurpation of state sovereignty. Violations which harken a review of the 9th and 10th Amendments. Is this going to end up in the US Supreme Court? The People must resolve these issues if the system of corruption fails to resolve the blatant breaking of laws.
Who benefits from AG Paxton being removed from office?
The People Take Action
A vigilant people who respond to the betrayal of citizens is essential for change in our nation. To recover our desire for self-government means we must act quickly to remove representatives who don’t work for the People.
On Monday May 29th, 2023 Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick sent a letter to Governor Greg Abbott listing 24 important bills that failed to move. His choice of the words “died in the Texas House” are important to note as are his public comments of displeasure in Gov. Abbott for the tax relief plan being unfavorable to residents. You have to wonder if Gov. Abbott’s political career is coming to an end. Election integrity must be accomplished so the People can decide the future of Texas!
Texas State Senator Paul Bettencourt shares additional concern as he observes that Harris County officials are denying Public Information Election Record requests due to the impeachment proceedings of AG Paxton. Harris County botched the November 8 election and refuses to release the records in spite of recently passed legislation that disallows the use of such litigation to obstruct the request for records. This is in open violation of new Texas law to ensure the People’s representatives are able to provide oversight!
Steven Dial of FOX 4 in Dallas Texas reports: About 100 people at the Collin County Courthouse to rally in support for impeached Attorney General @KenPaxtonTX. This is Paxton’s home county. The entire Collin Republican delegation voted to impeach Paxton. 60 republicans, 61 democrats. 23 total voted against. #txlege
The Asian Republican Club of North Texas gathered to share their perspective on the impeachment hearings:
Process matters! Rally for AG Paxton today at Collin County Courthouse. Asian Republicans understand Liberty is on the line.
Matt Rinaldi, Republican Party of Texas Chairman: The Texas House today, in a politically motivated impeachment driven by Democrats, voted to suspend our Republican Attorney General from office pending a Senate Trial. It did so without considering any direct evidence, without allowing legislators to interview or cross-examine witnesses, without placing witnesses under oath, without allowing members to talk to investigators, without making witness transcripts available to legislators, without subpoenaing witnesses with direct knowledge of allegations, and without allowing the Attorney General to present evidence or argument.
This means Ken Paxton is unable to do his elected job, due to the impeachment trial. Makes you wonder why they need him out of the way right now.
Women for America First: TX AG @KenPaxtonTX is one of the best in the country.
He is a fighter & one of the only ones that will go after Biden admin.
He works for the (People) of (Texas) every day.
He stood (with) us on election integrity & we stand (with) him now!
Texans for Strong Borders: #TXLege KILLED every real border security measure:
-Texas Border Protection Unit (HB 20)
-Declaration of Invasion (SCR 23)
-End In-State Tuition for Illegal Aliens (HB 3280)
-Mandate E-Verify (SB 1621)
-Finish the Texas Border Wall (SB 1481)
-Ban Foreign Land Ownership (SB 147)Because of their dereliction, the Texas border will continue to be wide open. This is now their border crisis.
@DadePhelan (Speaker of the Texas House) sustained the Point of Order that KILLED HB 20 -- the Texas Border Protection Unit Act.
Until #txlege takes real action on Border Security, this is Dade Phelan's Border Crisis.
Vance Ginn, Ph.D.: #Republican-Led Majority In #Texas House Passes the Largest Spending Increase in TX History! #fail
And with the largest increase in corporate welfare & largest expansion of safety nets in TTexas) history & without the largest property tax cut in (Texas) history or school choice.
There are other major headlines today that will likely discount this budget catastrophe for Texans but this is irresponsible and unsustainable for Texas. #txlege
Marissa Hansen uncovered that the Speaker of the Texas House received substantial donations from Charles Butt, a Texas Grocery Story Tycoon that sponsors LGBT Pride events that target children. Merissa Hansen: All 5 people who were chosen to lead the investigation into the impeachment of Texas Attorney General Paxton came from Harris County, Texas.
As of today, Harris County has been in the crosshairs of the state's Attorney General investigations.
Collin County Republican Party: The Circus just took place in the Texas House to go after the most conservative Attorney General in the Country was disgraceful and completely unnecessary. It was not Democrats coming after Republicans; rather it is Republicans recruiting Democrats to go after conservative Republicans.
Daily Wire: Six members of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office are taking a leave of absence to defend Paxton in his upcoming trial in the Texas Senate after he was impeached over the weekend.
This is a civilized civil war in the State of Texas between the few who wish to rule over the many, by refusing to allow election integrity, against those standing up to be a voice of representation for the People. The future of Texas will be determined in this epic showdown. All part of our civilized revolution across the United States, as we march closer to America 250 on July 4, 2026. What will our nation look like then? You decide with your action RIGHT NOW!
Time Loops, Until We Change
The historical significance of this moment, in parallel with modern times, is astounding to consider. The Battle of the Alamo required fending off an invasion in Texas. Now we see millions of illegal invaders cross US borders, while compromised representatives unabashedly usurped the will of the voters by seeking to remove the duly elected state Attorney General, Ken Paxton. This is our Alamo, a modern day invasion we are all witnessing. The Democratic-Republicans, the UniParty, welcomes such actions. They wish to rule over the ashes of our destruction and create profitability in the chaos. But we too have learned to welcome the CHAOS. We can act by wielding our pens. Sometimes we must allow corruption to openly break laws so they destroy themselves. Fatalism. This way we showcase their crimes to ALL the People, thus inspiring the rest of the People to join us with their pens and solidifying our freedoms.
In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity.

We are 50 independent states united under one banner; The United States Constitution.
They will NOT divide us any longer.
They will NOT rule over us any longer.
They will NOT subvert nor overrule our voices which are our votes!
We are a REPUBLIC of self-government.
Of, by and for the PEOPLE.
Individuals who appoint representatives to carry out our needs & demands.
The citizens of Texas will NOT stand for this.
Neither will their brothers & sisters in the other 49 states.
We The People.
Stand tall, resilient & UNITED more than ever before!
The kickoff is today. Now we have to focus on state sovereignty.

Remember the Alamo!
Speak up and take action for Texas AG Ken Paxton.
He did for you.
Excellent summary. A must read for all Americans. Get organized and write to recall your elected officials who blatantly usurped the will of the people in this harried and frenetic -as well as REVEALING impeachment act. Republicans going after their own…this tells all. The RINOCRAT party of Texas is totally cavalier and treasonous in their pursuit of eliminating a Paxton at the expense of the entire state population and the border stampede by illegal immigration, election fraud and corruption to line their own pockets. Their family names will go down in history as the traitors they have shown themselves to be. #Facts
