Big News for election integrity from Texas announced on the August 9, 2023 Tore Says Show. A recent court hearing from a small County in Texas revealed that a District Attorney could not produce a signed and verified EAC certification for Voting Machines.
Voters and the People of Texas are now arguing that the elections are null and void due to a failure to meet the voting system certification requirements of the 2002 HAVA Act. The failure to produce voting system test lab accreditation and certification calls into question the legality of past elections possibly going back to when the HAVA Act was codified into Texas statutes (Texas Election Code 122.001). This could affect candidates who have been elected since at least 2017: and possibly could affect candidates as far back as the federal 2002 HAVA Act effective date.
The court ordered the District Attorney Defendant to request an opinion from the Texas Attorney General; Defendant's response is due on September 23, 2023. edited
The situation is complicated because AG Paxton was recently suspended while under impeachment charges, pending a trial. Almost like they knew? Recently, the Texas Lt. Gov. filed to keep the Paxton trial private and closed to the public. The Texas Senate hasn’t confirmed a replacement Attorney General, so who will provide an opinion?
State of Texas election officials are in hot water because they can’t fabricate non-existent EAC election accreditation and certification documents. Texas courts must uphold the federal law established in the 2002 HAVA Act 52 USC § 20971 and Tex. Admin Code §§ 81.60, 81.61: where Texas codified the 2002 HAVA Act thus requiring election accreditation and certification documentation.
Texas Voters own the Texas Constitution, and thru the Texas Constitution the Voter grants authority to govern: Texans don't consent to corrupt, unlawful governing and unlawful elections conducted on uncertified and unlawful voting systems.
The kickoff is in Texas: currently with 20 active cases, incorporating the Tore Maras election affidavit, with her as a witness. These lawsuits are filed pro se by voters, We The People.
Missouri, Georgia and Kansas are soon to follow with more of these pro se lawsuits incorporating the 2020 election affidavit of Tore Says. To hear the voices of these citizens you can hear a twitter space hosted by Tore Says.
Counties across the United States are advised to carefully look at special elections where an elected official passed away or resigned. Learn from these states who figured out how to file Pro Se because you can too. Call to actions are coming soon…
Election Integrity must be established by We The People in the United States of America.
